摘要
本文对"测试不确定度比"的内涵以及它与测量结果可信度之间的关系进行了探讨。测试不确定度比是定量描述测量标准或检测设备的准确度超过被校件或被测件的程度的术语 ,在给定的技术指标分布和置信区间的情况下 ,它是影响测量结果可信度的决定性因素。本文还介绍了军事计量保障中使用的相关术语和定义、对测试不确定度比的要求以及国内外标准有关要求的异同 ,同时给出了实践中TUR不能满足要求时的警戒段对策。
This paper discusses the definition of Test Uncertainty Ratio(TUR) and the relation between TUR and measurement results reliability .TUR is the term that describes quantificationally the extent of the accuracy of measurement standard exceeding that of unit under calibration or the accuracy of test equipment exceeding that of unit under test. For a given specification distribution and confidence interval, TUR is the crucial factor that affects measurement results reliability. This paper also introduces the relative terms and definitions and the requirements on TUR in the military metrology support and similarities and differences comparing to the relative requirements in the domestic and foreign standards, and presents several guardband strategies when TUR can not meet these requirements.
