摘要
过去的10几年内,自然资源、廉价劳动力和市场对跨国公司的重要性同知识和持续创新能力相比在不断下降,邓宁认为后两者与前三者自然资产完全不同,为创造性资产,它们是经济全球化下企业竞争优势的来源。对创造性资产的发展演变进行了回顾与分析,并综合提出了创造性资产的7个特征,以期为以后开展相关的研究提供借鉴。
Over the past decade, Natural resources, cheap labor, and market access are becoming less important to transnational corporations than access to knowledge and capability for continuous innovation. Dunning considers the last two attributes are distinct from natural resource,known as 'created assets'. They are essential to firm's competitiveness in a globalizing economy. This paper will first review and analyze the evolution of created assets. Second, it lists seven kind of Characteristic of created assets. I hope this study will give some reference to related research.
