摘要
本文概述了现代科学技术———“3S”技术在土地科学中的研究特点及其在土地管理中的具体应用 ,并结合所开展的农用地分等定级估价项目的实践经验 ,进一步阐述了开展农用地分等定级估价对促进土地管理工作的重要作用。
On the basis of studying the 28th Document made by the State Council of China--Decision on deepening the reform and enforcing the management on land',this paper summarizes the research characteristics of 3S technology in land science and the applications of 3S technology in land management. Furthermore, according to the practical experience in classifying, grading and assessing farmland, this paper also discusses its importance for land management.
