摘要
虽然空间RSSR和球面RRRR机构的解析方法是比较成熟的,但是对于具体机构而言由于设计和分析的结果是用方程和函数表达的,因此具有不直观、难以检验和不可靠的缺点。针对这种情况,这里提出了对机构位形作三维动态模拟的计算机算法。作者已在此基础上在AutoCAD图形系统中编制出了相应的软件程序。用该软件程序模拟出的机构位形可以用AutoCAD命令显示和直接检验。
Though the analytic method for spacial RSSR and spherical RRRR mechanism have been relatively mature, there is weakness in visualization,direct check and reliability for the configuration of actual mechanisms because the final analysis result is expressed in function and equation. For solving this problem, this paper proposes an algorithm for a 3D simulation in configuration of spacial RSSR and spherical RRRR mechanism. The writer has worked out an active program based on the algorithm that can be run in Auto CAD system. The simulation results of mechanism configuration by using the program can be visual and checked directly by Auto CAD command.
