聚苯乙烯/丙烯酸丁酯/纳米碳酸钙复合微粒的制备与表征 被引量:2

摘要 将苯乙烯 (St)、丙烯酸丁酯 (BA)在纳米碳酸钙粒子存在下的水相悬浮液中进行无皂乳液聚合 ,制备纳米碳酸钙聚合物复合微粒。通过透射电镜 (TEM )、红外光谱 (IR)、热重 (TG)等手段对其进行表征 ,证明通过该工艺可以实现聚合物在纳米碳酸钙表面的包覆。复合微粒与纳米碳酸钙相比 ,耐酸性明显增强 ;ξ电位发生了变化 。 By means of a soapless emulsion polymerization method, the polymerization of styrene(St) and butyl acrylate (BA) on the surface of nano CaCO 3 in an aqueous phase was carried out.The interactions between the nanoparticles and the polymer were studied by thermogravimetric(TG) measurement, Fourier transform infrared spectrograph (FTIR) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It is found that there is an interfacial interaction between the polymer and the nano CaCO 3 by this process. By comparison of the nano CaCO 3 and the composites, the acid resistance of the composites is increased to some extent, Zeta potentials (ζ) and the surface electricity of the particles are greatly changed after encapsulation.
