摘要
目的:建立稳定的大鼠原位肝移植模型,为移植免疫学研究提供动物实验技术平台. 方法:采用远交系Wistar和远交系SD大鼠,用二袖套一吻合法(门静脉和肝下下腔静脉行袖套法,肝上下腔静脉行吻合法)建立大鼠原位肝移植模型. 结果:共行大鼠原位肝移植30例次,其中Wistar-Wistar大鼠移植20例次,大鼠6~7 d死亡,平均生存5.1 d.SD-Wistar大鼠移植10例次,大鼠4~5 d死亡,平均生存3.8 d. 结论:二袖套一吻合法操作简便,手术成功率高,可作为肝移植试验的有效方法.
Objective: To make an ideal model for liver transplantation. Methods: Two Cuff (portal vein and infrahepatic vena cava) technique was applied in the production of this animal model in Wistar rats and SD rats. Results: With the modifiation, a successful rate of 83.3% was achieved in the production of the experimental model with anhepatic period of on average 19 minutes. Conclusion: The results show that the model is easily available and highly reproducible and can be used in the experiment of liver transplantation.
