以南瓜、糯米粉、白砂糖、淀粉、奶油等为主要原料,辅以其它配料来生产速冻南瓜饼,通过单因素实验,最终确定了速冻南瓜饼的最佳生产工艺及配方。
Quick-frozen pumpkin pie is made from pumpkin, flour of glutinous rice, sucrose, starch, cream and other ingredients. By single factor experiment, the best production technology and prescription of quick-frozen pumpkin pie was finally found out.
