摘要
通过聚类分析对29个糯质玉米品种资源进行了种质类群划分。结果表明,29个糯质玉米品种资源可以划分为4个种质类群,第1类群可用于选育长穗大粒的鲜食糯玉米品种、高产加工用糯玉米品种;第2类群用于选育白色籽粒品种较理想;第3类群品种应用价值不大;第4类可以进一步分为3个亚群,第1亚群淀粉含量较高可用于改良籽粒食味品质,第3亚群可用于选育长穗、大穗型品种和多彩玉米。
waxy corns were classified to different germplasm groups by cluster analysis. The results showed that 29 waxy corns can be classified to 4 kinds of germplasm groups. The 1st kind of germplasm group can be used in breeding fresh-eating waxy corns with long ear and big seed, as well as others with high efficiency used for processing. The 2nd kind of germplasm group is an ideal group to breed the variety of white cultivars. The 3rd kind of germplasm group has little value in breeding. The 4th kind of germplasm group can be further classified to 3 sub-groups, in which the 1st sub-group with high starch content can be used to improve edible quality, while the 3rd sub-group can be used in multi-color and long ear corn breeding.
