摘要
在强力压边精冲、对向凹模精冲、振动修边和往复冲裁等传统金属塑性加工工艺特点的基础上,提出了往复成形精冲,并对新方法的工艺过程建立了力学模型,进行了数值模拟,旨在突破精冲板厚极限,拓展精冲技术的应用范围。
A new fine blanking technology was proposed, which was named 'reciprocating fine blanking technology' on the basis of fine blanking, opposed dies shearing, vibration shaving, reciprocating blanking, in order to break through the limitation of blanked material thickness of fine blanking, therefore to extend the application fields of fine blanking technology. Furthermore, mechanics model was established and numerical simulations as well as experiments on the new process were carried out in the paper.
