摘要
研究了干法腈纶纺丝原液中炭黑色浆的加入对原液的流动性、孔口胀大效应及色度等的影响 ,结果表明 ,随炭黑加入量的增加体系的表观粘度下降、孔口胀大效应变小、原液的粘度对温度的敏感性下降、原液的色度增加 ,但同时也降低了纤维的物理机械性能。
The influence of carbon black coloured slurry on the rheological properties,dieswell domino offect and chroma etc.of dry spinning acrylic solution are investigated.The results show that as the content of carbon black's ratio in the spinning solution increases,there are a drop in the apparent viscosity,dieswell domino offect and the sensitivity of viscosity to temperature and a rise in chroma of spinning solution,however at the same time a drop in physics machine performance of fibre.
