摘要
分析了影响低密度聚乙烯1I50A长周期生产的工艺和设备因素,通过改造切粒机和模头系统,采用无间隙切割和自动进刀生产工艺,确定最佳模头料温为130~155℃;改用乙烷作调节剂,严格控制乙烷加入量;同时平稳控制熔体流动指数,优化工艺操作等,实现了长周期平稳生产1I50A。
This paper analyzed the factors of process and equipment that affected long-period production of low density polyethylene (LDPE) 1I50A. Through renovating pelletizing machine and die system, adopting contact cutting and automatic feeding process, setting pelletizing temperature at 130 - 155 ℃, using ethane as conditioning agent, strictly controlling ethane dosage, stably controlling melt flow index and optimizing process operation simultaneously, the goal of long-period stable production of LDPE 1I50A was realized.
