摘要
在对山东、陕西及云南的标本研究中鉴定出两个嗜热真菌中国新记录种 ,即亚拉巴马枝顶孢 ,米黑根毛霉 ,对其进行了描述和讨论。亚拉巴马枝顶孢的主要特征是其深色菌丝、瓶梗产孢及顶生分生孢子 ;米黑根毛霉的主要特征是产生带假根孢囊梗 ,单孢子培养产生大量接合孢子。研究标本保存在山东农业大学植物病理学标本室(HSAUP)。
It has been reported that in the Taxonomic investigation on the collections from Shandong, Shaanxi and Yunnan Provinces, two thermophilic fungal species, Acremonium alabamense Morgan & Jones and Rhizomucor miehei Schipper which are new to China, were found. A. alabamense is mainly characterized by possessing pigmented hyphae, phialidic conidiogenous cells and apex conidia; Rh.miehei is mainly characterized by rhizoids at the base of sporangiospores and forming large numbers of Zygospores in single-spore cultures. The specimens studied are deposited in the Herbarium of Shandong Agricultural University: Plant Pathology(HSAUP).
