摘要
【目的】探讨 p5 3、p16和PTEN在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤分级、分期及转移的关系。【方法】应用免疫组化方法对 4 5例前列腺癌组织进行了p5 3、p16和PTEN蛋白检测。【结果】在前列腺癌组织中 p5 3、p16和PTEN蛋白表达阳率分别为 4 2 .2 % (19/ 4 5 )、5 7.8% (2 6 / 4 5 )和 31.1% (14 / 4 5 )。p5 3、p16和PTEN蛋白表达与前列腺癌分级、分期和转移相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。【结论】p5 3。
To study the expressions of p53,p16 and Phosphatase and tensin homologue (PTEN) in prostate cancer (PC) and their relation to the grade, stage and metastasis of tumors.The expressions of p53,p16 and PTEN protein in tissues of PC collected from 45 patients were detected by Immunohistochemical method.The positive expression rates of p53,p16 and PTEN protein in PC tissues were 42.2% (19/45), 57.8%(26/45) and 31.1% (14/45) respectively. Expressions of p53,p16 and PTEN protein were correlated with the histological grading, clinical staging and metastasis of PC (P<0.05).([Conclusion])The expressions of p53,p16 and PTEN protein may serve as referential markers for helping the clinical judgment of tumor biological behavior and prognosis in PC.
