摘要
目的 探讨提高对前列腺癌的治疗效果及根治性TURP在前列腺癌中的应用。方法 采用TURP及综合方法治疗前列腺癌患者38例。结果 全部病例均一次成功,32例随访6～18个月,尿路梗阻症状明显改善或消失。结论 TURP加综合治疗能明显提高前列腺癌患者生存质量。
Objective To discuss how to improve the treatment of prostate cancer and the application of TURP in treatment of prostate cancer . Methods 38 cases of prostate cancer were treated using TURP and general therapies. Result All patients were cured in one time. 32 cases were followed up for 6 to 18 months. The symptoms were remarkably improved. Conclusion TURP and general therapies can improve the life quality of patients with prostatic cancer.
