摘要
本文从价值流转的角度对金融资产管理公司的资金运动进行了平衡分析 ,由此提出了对金融资产公司进行股份制改造、发展资本市场、加强法制建设的几点建议。
Based on the balance analysis of value movement of the financial assets management corporation, this paper offers some good ideas on how to transform the current enterprise system of the financial assets management corporation into joint stock one, how to develop a capital market, and how to improve the legal system.
