摘要
企业公关危机是企业组织公关状态严重失调的反应,它轻则影响企业正常运营,重则危及企业发展甚至生存,因此加强企业公关危机管理成为企业必须面对的重要课题。论文从企业公关危机预防和企业公关危机处理两个方面,对企业公关危机管理模式进行了系统阐述,提出了企业公关危机的预防对策、处理程序和总体策略,以期为我国企业提供一定的参考。
The crisis of public relations is the reflection of serious maladjustment of the status of a company. It affects not only its normal operation, but possibly its development, and even its future existence. Therefore, it is of great importance that an enterprise should strengthen the management of its public relations crisis. This paper makes a managment and disposal management. The author points out the precaution countermeasures, disposal processes and the overall strategy as to the public relations crisis, and expects to offer some references to enterprises.
