摘要
语音在英语学习中占有举足轻重的地位,它直接影响着学习者的英语水平。读音不同可能产生语义不同而引起别人误解,影响交流。重音、同音异义、连读、失去爆破等读音不同都可能引起歧义。因此,在学英语过程中要重视读音以更好地掌握英语,用准确的英语进行交流。
Pronunciation has played a very important par t in English studying,and directly influenced one's English level.Different pronunciation may produce different meanings,which may affect understand-ing and communication.This article has analyzed the ambiguity resulted from the fol lowing aspects:stress,homonym,liaison etc.in order to warn readers to attach importance to pronunciation for mastering English well and communicate with acc urate English.
