摘要
由增强材料与本体树脂聚丙烯及添加剂经成型加工而生产的增强聚丙烯复合材料(RPPCM),是综合性能优良的工程塑料,所用增强材料为玻璃纤维(GF)及滑石粉.介绍了 RPPCM 的生产原料、设备及生产工艺,提出了影响RPPCM 性能的主要因素.最后还介绍了 RPPCM 在汽车、家用电器等方面的应用.
The reinforced polypropylene composite materials (RPPCM) prepared by rein- forced materials including glass fiber and talc,polypropylene and additives were good engineering plastics with comprehensive properties.The raw materials,equipments and pro- cessing technology for producing RPPCM and the major factors affecting the properties of RPPCM were discussed.The application examples of RPPCM at automobile industry and electric appliance were introduced.
