摘要
大型封闭式压力机的工作过程中需要准确定位封闭高度以满足加工要求,为此,设计增加基于SIEMENS S7-200PLC及光电检测装置的大型封闭式压力机,采用不同工装模具时的高度测算显示系统,并通过HMI TD200人机界面以中文文本形式显示相应的模具型号及实时封闭高度数据,实现大型压力机模具封闭高度的定位要求,投入运行后效果良好。
The working process of the large-size closed press requires exact location and closing height to meet the needs of processing,therefore a large-size closed press was designed based on SIEMENS S7-200 PLC and photoelectric checkout devices.The displaying system of measuring height of different models was adopted.And the Chinese text was used to show the type of different models and close height data in time through HMI TD200 man-machine interface so as to implement the location requests of closing height of models of the large-size press.The system is of good result when it is put into operation.
