摘要
目前中国足球市场存在一些不正常现象，如踢假球，吹黑哨等，其主要原因之一是体育法制还不够健全。应在足球市场过程中，完善立法，加强司法介入，健全法律监督机制，以加强足球法制建设，规范足球市场。
One of the main reasons why some dishonest behaviors exist in present football market of China is that we haven't perfect legal system in sports, so it is necessary to perfect our legislation, judicial intervention and legal supervisory mechanism for strengthening our legal construction and normalizing our football market.
