摘要
在雷达与干扰进行斗争及雷达采取各种抗干扰与抗侦察措施时，本文提出用熵作为测度来全面、统一地估计雷达的作战能力准则，同时还提出此时的胜利者取决于谁拥有更多的熵的概念。文章根据熵平衡方程概念讨论雷达及雷达网的潜在性能与潜在抗干扰性能。
As the radar combats against the jammer and the radar adopts the variety of anti-jamming measures and anti-reconnaissance measures,this paper suggests that the entropy as a measure might be used for a criteria to estimate all-sidely and integratively the capability of the radar to meet the wartime realities.It also suggests a conception that the winner is decided for who hold the more entropy. The paper discusses progressively the potential capability of the radar and multi-radar network as well as their potential capability of the ECCM according the conception of the entropy balanced equation.
