光合细菌X1和NDYC1菌株净化鱼池水质效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了光合细菌X1和NDYC1菌株在实验室条件下净化鱼池水质效果,及光合细菌对水体中细菌、真菌的影响及光合细菌的消长.结果表明,在施用光合细菌量为5-10ml·m-3和处理6-9天条件下,X1和NDYC1菌株可分别使水体DO增加39.1%和41.3%、CODMn降低12.2%和15.8%、NH4-N降低36.1%和39.4%;随光合细菌施用量减少及施用时间延长,水体中细菌数量略有下降,真菌数量没有明显改变,光合细菌量明显下降.菌株NDYC1比X1对水质净化更有效. The effect of purifying the ponr water with Rhodop-seudomonas pahustris X1 and NDYC1 strain and the growth and decline of bacteria, fungi and photosynthetic bacteria(PSB) in mock experiment were reported. The results showed that, when treating the pond water with 5 -10ml·m-3 of PSB for 6 ~ 9 days, the strain X1 and NDYC1 can make the content of DO of the water increased 39.1 % and 41.3% ,the content of CODMn reduced 12.2% and 15.8% ,the content of NH4 - N reduce 36. 1% and 39.4% respectively. With the decreasing numbers of PSB cell and the passing time, the numbers of the bacteria cells droped slightly, and the numbers of fungi cell do not change noticeably and the numbers of PSB cell decrease noticeably. The strain NDYC1 was more effective for purifying the pond water than the strain X1.
