摘要
阐述了二次调节静液传动技术及其节能原理,分析了采用二次调节技术的立体车库液压提升系统的重力能和制动动能的回收过程,并分析了二次调节技术的节能特点,指出了应用二次调节技术能够回收和重新利用系统的制动动能和重力势能,减小系统的装机容量。
This paper presents the technology of the hydrostatic transmission with the secondary regulating system and its principle of energy saving, analyzes the gravitation energy of the hydraulic lifting system of the three-dimensional garage with the secondary regulating technology and the recovery process of the brake energy, and elaborates the (energy) saving characteristics of the secondary regulating technology. Also, it points out that the secondary regulating technology can be used to recover and reuse the brake energy and gravitation energy to reduce the installed capacity of the system.
