摘要
本文对钢结构、钢筋混凝土结构、砖混结构三种住宅结构体系的综合经济指标进行了比较分析,认为钢结构住宅并不十 分昂贵,对于购房者也具有较高的隐含效益。
The overall economic benefits are compared for multi - story residences with steel reinforced concrete and masonry structures. Conclu sions that steel residence isn' t expensive to developers, and has high hidden earnings to owners are drawn.
