摘要
目的 :探讨瓷与牙釉质粘结时不同瓷粘结系统与瓷表面处理方式的优化组合。方法 :以不同的瓷粘结系统和表面处理方式为影响因素 ,将瓷片分成 8组 ,分别与釉质粘结 ,测其剪切强度 ,统计分析所得数据 ,观察其断裂方式。结果 :处理组中以不喷砂磷酸酸蚀组的粘结强度最低 ,其余各组间无统计学差异。PanaviaF组剪切强度均值最高为 2 9.3 8MP ,邦多为 2 6.19MP。结论
Objective:To study the appropriate combinations of porcelain bonding systems and ceramic surface rouging treatments on the bonding of porcelain to bovine enamel.Method: Seventy discs of Vita VMK95 porcelain were randomly divided into 2 main groups (n = 36). The ceramic specimens received 4 different surface roughing treatments. All discs were bonded to bovine enamel with 2 different porcelain bonding systems. All cemented specimens were tested with shear loading until fractured on a universal testing machine after immersed in 37 ℃water for 24 h. Data were analyzed with 3-way analysis of variance (P<0.05).Result: Phosphoric acid-etching without sandblasting produced the lowest bond strength and there were no significance among the other three treatments. Panavia F groups had the highest mean shear bond strength(29.38 MP).Conclusion:The appropriate bond strengths were obtained by sandblasting followed by hydrofluoric acid-etching or hydrofluoric acid-etching in the two porcelain bnding system.
