摘要
S-NPK低氯复合肥是我国自行开发,能耗低、成本低,深受农民欢迎的高浓度三元磷复肥。针对该产品出现的内在和外观质量问题,提出了控制n(KCl) /n(H2SO4 ),控制混酸相对密度,降低产品中氯离子含量,提高产品中氮含量,降低产品中水分含量的措施;为挖掘装置的生产潜力,提出了对转化槽、十字管反应器、成品筛分系统和副产盐酸吸收系统的改造措施,使装置的单线生产能力由 100kt/a提高到 220kt/a。
The S-NPK is a high concentration ternary phosphate compound fertilizer warmly welcomed by the farmers which is developed in China and features low energy consumption and low production cost. For the intrinsic and appearance quality problems of the product,measures are proposed to control the n(KCl)/n(H_2SO_4),control the relative density of the mixed acids,reduce the Cl^- content in the product,raise the nitrogen content in the product and reduce the water content in the product;to make use of the production potentials of the plant,revamp measures are proposed for the conversion tank,cross tube reactor,product screening system and the absorption system for by-product hydrochloric acid,so as to increase the production capacity from 100 kt/a to 220 kt/a for single line.
