摘要
在大尺度工件的三维面形测量领域中提出了一种新的图像拼接法 ,该方法首先分区域测量得到两个或多个视场 ,通过在相邻子区域引入空间非共线 3点 ,分别求解摄像机旋转和平移矩阵 ,将这些视场统一到同一个坐标系下 ,实现分片数据拼接。采用光栅非接触测量方法对马鞍型曲面测量 ,结果表明 ,该方法速度快、精度高、可操作性强。
A new image integration method was developed used for 3D measurement of big scale workpieces. In the method two or more images were obtained by the subregion measuring method and transformation matrices of the camera revolving and moving were built up by importing three non-collinear points from the adjacent subregions. All the images were integrated into the same coordinate system by using these matrices and the data integration of disparment-patch was realized. A saddle surface was measured by the grating non-contact method and the experiments indicated that the method had a feature of speed, precision, and operability.
