摘要
在没有普及汽车安全气囊及规定乘员系安全带的国家和地区 ,开发安全的驾驶室内饰组件 ,研究人的头部在碰撞中的机械响应特性对于减少损伤具有重要的意义。应用有限元软件对常见仪表板的吸能特性和头部撞击仪表板后的动态响应进行了仿真分析 ,得到了各因素对撞击结果的影响规律 。
FEM software was applied to simulate and analyze the energy-absorption characteristics of the panel and the dynamic response of human head after crashing on a panel. The effects of influencing factors on crashing results of human head were obtained and a safer frame of panel was developed in accordance with the security requirements during a crash.
