石墨电极表面的热喷涂扩散渗铝工艺 被引量:1

Development of aluminizing process by spray coating for graphite electrode of steelmaking

摘要 为了提高石墨电极的使用寿命,避免电极燃烧部位掉进炼钢炉增加钢的含碳量,从而降低钢的质量,本文研究开发了电极表面的热喷涂扩散渗铝工艺,利用该工艺制备的涂层电极,在间隙式电炉中炼钢时,降低电极单耗20%~30%,吨钢节约电极费用5~10元. To lengthen the lifetime of graphite electrode for steelmaking and to improve the quality of the made steel,a new aluminizing process for graphite electrode of steelmaking was developed.The aluminized graphite electrodes were obtained by spray coating method and an appropriate heat treatment for aluminum diffusion.Using the aluminized graphite electrode in a interval steelmaking furnace,the lower carbon steel can be made,the consumption of the electrode was reduced by 20~30%,and the cost of the electrode was saved 1000~2000 yuan per ton steel.
