摘要
湘西北区域经济发展有许多优越条件,发展潜力较大,但也存在诸多限制性因素。要实现区域经济的可持续发展,必须优化产业结构,大力发展第二产业,做大做强旅游业,深度综合开发大农业,提高资源附加值,并搞好生态环境建设和防洪设施建设,提高抵御自然灾害的能力。
There are many favourable conditions, great potentialies and limited factors to develop regional economy in northwest in Hunan. Realizing regional economy sustainable development, we should readjust the industry structure, promote the deep and comprehensive development of industry, tourism and agriculture, raise resources value, reinforce ecological environment and infrastructure facilities construction and increase the ability to withstand natural calamities.
