摘要
对高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设存在的问题进行了分析,从改善教师结构,强化管理手段,开展“产学研”结合等方面提出了加强“双师型”教师队伍建设的有关策略.
This paper discusses problems in the construction of the contingent of double-professionally-titled teachers in higher vocational colleges.The authors put forth strategies to strengthen this construction in the aspects of improving the composition of the teaching profession,stressing the administration measures,and promoting the cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
