摘要
随着社会经济的发展,社会生活的休闲化将是一个主要的趋势,而体育在休闲活动中占有重要地位。体育活动一方面符合人的自然本性,另一方面,又能够满足人的多种社会需求,因而会成为小康社会人们生活中不可缺少的重要活动。人们的这种需要必然会使体育向着休闲化的方向发展。
With the development of the social economy,the recreation development will be a main trend in the social life. Sports occupy important positions in the recreational activities. On the one side,sport activities accord with the natural instinct of people,on the other hand,it can satisfy people's many kinds of social demands. Therefore,sports will become the indispensable important activity in people' s life in well-off (society). people's this kind of needs will lead to the recreation development of sports.
