摘要 根据液化石油气(LPG)理化特性和摩托车的特点,提出了一种采用发动机尾气进行加热的LPG摩托车蒸发减压器结构设计方案.对蒸发减压器的LPG蒸发量、阀口直径、换热量、换热面积等关键参数的计算公式进行了推导,为以后蒸发减压器设计以及供气装置与发动机有效匹配提供依据. An evaporator for LPG motorcycle is designed on the basis of the analysis of characteristics of LPG and motorcycles. In the evaporator, LPG is heated by the exhaust gas of engine. Methods for calculation of the key parameters of evaporator such as LPG evaporation flux, diameter of valve, transfer energy, heat transfer area are developed. As a result, it provides the technical supports for designing of evaporator and matching the LPG supply unit to the motorcycle engine in the future.
