摘要
为提高教师课堂教学质量 ,我院教学办对不同职称人员的教案、课件和预讲进行了比较研究 ,其方法是从本期所有任课教师抽出 3 7人进行教案、课件和预讲的比较研究 ,采用随机方法将教师教案、课件和预讲教师名册进行编号 ,将不同职称人员分组 ,根据教学效果评估表对教案、课件和预讲进行评分 ,用SPSS10 .0软件采用成组资料方差分析方法对数据进行统计分析。比较研究结果发现 :预讲评分教授组得分明显高于副教授组和讲师组 ,副教授组和讲师组无明显差异。教案评分教授组、副教授组和讲师组三组之间无明显差异。课件评分副教授组得分明显高于和讲师组 ,讲师组评分高于教授组。通过研究发现用教学效果评估表对教案、课件和预讲进行评分并进行比较研究 ,能够了解临床医学教师的教学方面的优缺点 ,如果针对性地加以改进 ,将教师的教学质量意识、提高教学质量。
To catch up International medical education and improve our clinical teaching, comparative study on medical curriculum among clinical medical teacher have been carried out. 37 teachers have taken part in this research, the professor, assistant professor and lector were divided into three groups, the evaluation for their class, their teaching plan and software were compared by SPSS10.0 according to the evaluating table. The result demonstrated that professor group get the best score on teaching result. There are no different on the teaching plan among the three groups. In comparative study of software, assistant professor is better than lector, the lector is better than professor. In conclusion, comparative study on medical curriculum among clinical medical teacher according to the evaluating table is a good way on improving clinical medical teaching. If the teaching is improved according to the evaluation, it may get better result.
