摘要
针对青西地区存在的地层岩性不均、可钻性差、井漏、井塌、井斜难以控制等钻井技术难点,在大量的室内实验分析与研究的基础上,通过井身结构优化设计技术、地层岩石可钻性剖面的建立与钻头优化选型技术、PDC钻头个性化设计与使用技术、钻井液类型优选及其井壁稳定性技术的成功试验应用,钻井速度大幅度提高,钻井周期明显缩短,实现了青西地区优快钻井的目标。
In accordance with the existential drilling problems such as non-uniformity of formation and rock character, poor formation drillability, lost circulation, well collapse, hole deviation, based on a lot of lab test and research, drilling speed has been dramatically improved resulting in greatly reduced drilling days through the successful test and application for the techniques of optimized casing programme design, establishing drillability profile of stratum and rock and drill bit optimized selection, specific PDC bit design and operation, optimized drilling fluid types and wall stability. The aim of optimized and fast drilling in Qingxi area is achieved.
