摘要
“三农”问题的解决是我国社会向现代化过渡和稳步发展不可逾越的重大问题。解决“三农”问题的根本性突破点在于赋予农民准土地所有权、平等的受教育权、对基层干部的选举权、社会保障权和建立行业协会权等方面的权利。
Solution of the problem of “farmer, countryside and agriculture” is the insurmountable problem in the process of China’s transfer to modernization and its stable development. The key to the solution lies in the guarantee in giv ing farmers quasi-ownership of land, equal education right and voting right in s electing grass-roots cadres, social security rights and the right to establish t rade centers.
