摘要
目的:建立工作场所空气中甲基丙烯腈的溶剂解吸气相色谱测定方法.方法:活性碳管吸附空气中甲基丙烯腈,用 2%(v/v) 丙酮二硫化碳解吸后毛细管气相色谱(FID)测定.结果:空气中甲基丙烯腈的浓度在 0~133 mg/m3 (以采集 1.5 L 空气样品计,相当于甲基丙烯腈标准溶液浓度在 0 ~200 μg/ml)时,回归方程Y= 393.71X +920.9,r=0.9996,最低检出限 0.9 μg/ ml,平均解吸效率 93.5%,穿透容量(BTV)>546 μg;采样效率≥94%,样品在室温下可保存 5 d.结论:本方法适用于工作场所空气中甲基丙烯腈的浓度测定.
Objective:To establish a gas chromatography method for determination of methacrylonitrile in the air in a workplace by solvent desorption.Methods: Methacrylonitrile in the air was adsorbed by actived carbon tube sampling and solvent desorption using 2% acetone-carbon disulfa, then analyzed by GC with FFAP capillary column.Results:The linear regression formula was Y=393.71X+920.9 between 0~133 mg/m3 of target concentration in the air,r=0.9996. The detection limit was ~0.9 μg/ml . The average desorption efficiency was 93.5% and breakthrough volume was above 546 μg.The sampling efficiency was at least 94%. Carbon tube sampling methacrylonitrile tightly closed could be stored 7 days at ambient temperature and its results still remained stable. Conclusion:The method is suitable to measure methacrylonitrile concentration in the air at a workplace. [
