The irregular oxidation and reduction peaks of lead near the equilibrium potential of PbO_2/ PbSO_4 were studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV) in H_2SO_4 solutions.These peaks were effected by the concentrations of electrolyte, the scan rates, scan potential regions and the time of anodic polarization.The changes of these peaks resulted from the overlap between the oxidation current of base lead and the reduction current of lead dioxide.
