摘要
采用真空蒸镀的方法对贮氢合金电极进行了镀覆银膜的表面修饰。结果表明:使用经过修饰的极片的电池内阻降低31 5%,5C(8 5A)放电容量提高200mAh,放电平台电压提高约0 10V,充电电压降低。银膜不仅起导电层的作用,也起电极保护层的作用,抑制了合金的粉化和氧化,提高了电池的循环稳定性,电池过充电时内压降低,充电效率有所提高。
The MH electrode was modified with a thin silver film using vacuum evaporate plating technology. The results demonstrated that the resistance of the battery with the modified electrode decreased 31.5%, the discharge capacity at 5 C (8.5 A) (increased) 200 mAh and discharge voltage platform increased about 0.10 V, the charge voltage was also decreased. The silver film not only as a conductive layer but also as a protect layer of the electrode, it reduced the pulverization and oxidation of the alloy,(increased) the cycle stability of the battery.The inner pressure of the battery during overcharging was lowered and the charging (efficiency) was improved.
