摘要
环境安全研究目前主要停留在定性描述或定量评价自然生态安全阶段.考虑到大中城市在经济建设和社会发展中的重要功能及城市生态系统的结构特殊性,首先定义了城市环境安全范畴,并探讨了城市环境安全评价方法,提出了评价的程序和评价指标的选择原则,最后提出了一个城市环境安全评价指标体系.
The research on environment security mainly rested on the stage of qualitative description on environment security or quantitative assessment of natural eco - environment security. Considering the great value of the city in economy and social development as well as its special structures, the municipal environment security was defined, and the assessment methods on municipal environment security were discussed. The assessment procedures and choice standards of assessment indexes, and finally an indexes system for municipal environment security assessment was put forward.
