摘要
为解决机加工生产线不良品率较高和设备故障率较高的问题,成立了精益生产(TPS丰田生产方式)导入及推广的项目小组。通过D114柴油机凸轮轴生产线精益生产项目的实施,运用管理学增值和防错的基本原理、工业工程(IE)设施规划与设计、工作研究与效率和工业系统诊断的分析技术,使机加工生产线得到了显著改善。对现场不断进行IE改善。
In order to solve the problem of higher product rejection rate and higher rate of equipment failures in machining production line, A Toyota Production System (TPS) implementing group has been set up. TPS project started in 114 diesel engine cam shaft production line and improved the whole production line by adopting increment theory and error proofing in management, facilities planning and design, work measurement and efficiency, and industrial system diagnose in Industrial Engineering (IE). With the continuance of IE improvement, should the targets of 5S, just in time, zero defect, visible, team and perfect be reached.
