摘要
通过对收集3名获得过世界田径锦标赛前8名的我国新老运动员比赛时的技术参数与第6届世锦赛前7名等运动员进行对比分析时发现 :李彤的跨栏步技术、起跑和起跑后加速状态下攻栏的技术好于世界选手 ,但他栏间3步的速度以及终点冲刺的能力明显差于对方 ;刘翔栏间3步跑的速度以及终点冲刺的速度强于世界选手 ,史东鹏与世界选手十分接近 ,但他们的过栏腾空时间长 ,其原因分别是由于起跨角大 ,下栏距离长而引起。另外 ,史东鹏起跑至下第1栏的速度明显差于世界选手。分析出我国新老顶尖110m栏运动员能走向世界的技术因素与不足之处 ,希望能为我国其他110m运动员所借鉴 ,同时也有利于刘翔、史东鹏今后有针对性地进行训练 ,进一步提高运动成绩。
By collecting three athletes technical parameters of the head eight in the World Track and Field Champiˉonship and the head seven in the6 th World Track and Field Championship,We analyze and get the following concluˉsion,Li Tong is better than world competitors in hurdling skill,Running and leaving off hurdle,While is obviously worse in3_step between hurdles and final spurt.Liu Xiang is also better than world competitors in3_step between hurˉdles and final spurt.While Shi Dongpeng had no difference with world competitors in these fields.But Liu Xiang and Shi Dongpeng take more time in striding because the angle of stride is bigger and the distance of leaving off hurdle is longer.Moreover,Shi Dongpeng is weaker in starting and leaving off the first hurdle.This paper anylyses our top110m hurdlers'skill and disadvantage.The aim is to hope other110m hurdlers can learn from them.At the same time,it can help Liu Xiang and Shi Dong peng training in the future and promote their performance.
