摘要
随着计算机及互联网技术的快速发展, 基于IP的应用越来越多。IP分布式联络中心融合多种接入方式, 便于实现分布式座席, 降低网络设备投资, 减少通信及人工成本, 业务扩展性好, 正在逐步替代传统的呼叫中心, 并推动简单的电话呼叫中心向多媒体联络中心过渡。
With the rapid development of computer and internet,the applications based on IP become more and more.Distributed IP contact centers integrate a variety of access means to provide the conveniency for distributed seats,lower the investment of network equipment,cut down labor cost and have good expansibility in services,gradually taking place of tradition call centers and pushing the transition form simple telephone contact centers to multi-media ones.
