摘要
采用透射电镜(TEM)研究了Ni47Ti44Ta9合金中马氏体和β-Ta相的形貌及精细组织。结果表明,马氏体主要呈细板条状和群团状两种形貌,其亚结构为孪晶;β-Ta相粒子呈椭球状分布于TiNi基体中,其内部存在大量位错和孪晶。
The morphology and structures of martensite and β-Ta phase in the Ni47Ti44Ta9 shape memory alloy were investigetal by means of transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that the martensites are fine plate and cluster in shape at room temperature,the internal defects in the Ni47Ti44Ta9 martensite are twins, and the β-Ta particles are elliptical in shape having a lot of dislocations and twins inside.
