摘要
领导决策在整个领导活动中处于核心地位。要实施正确领导必须做到科学化民主化决策。深入了解民情是实现决策科学化的前提,充分反映民意是推进决策民主化的保证,广泛集中民智是提高决策水平的关键,切实珍惜民力是保证领导决策正确实施的基础。
As policy-making is the core of excising leadership,policy should be made scientifically and democratically.That knowing the condition of the people is the premise of making policy scientifically,and fully reflecting the will of the people is the guarantee of making policy democratically.Pooling the wisdom of the people is the key point to improve the level of policy-making.And cherishing the financial resources of the people is the basis for the policy to be carried out.
