摘要
采用文献资料法和调查法,对辽宁省竞技体育后备人才开发与利用的现状及存在的主要问题进行调查与分析,并从几个侧面提出解决的办法。主要有拓宽人才培养的渠道;加大资金投入;合理优化人才培养优势;加强市场交流等。
By using the methods of documentation and investigation,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the exploitation and utilization of sports reserved talents in Liaoning province,and puts forward some resolving methods from several aspects.These methods mostly includes broadening channel of talent cultivation,increasing investment,reasonably optimizing the dominance of talents cultivation, enhancing the market inter change,etc.
