摘要
十六大关于全面建设小康社会的理论和纲领,是对改革开放以来中国特色社会主义建设理论的丰富和发展。全面小康是一个更高水平的社会,它需要经济可持续发展奠定物质基础,教育可持续发展提供精神支柱,它以科学技术进步为根本保证,以城市化进程的加快为重要保障。
The theory and guiding principle of overall building the well-to-do society passed by the 16th national congress of the Chinese Communist Party , enrich and develop socialist construction theory of the distinct Chinese characteristics since reform and opening-up. The overall well-to-do level is a more high-level society, needs economic sustainable development to establish the material base , educational sustainable development to offer the spiritual prop, regards progress of science and technology as basic assurance , regards quickening of the urbanization process as the important guarantee.
