摘要
采用双氧水和硫酸作为反应试剂 ,把铜从电路板废料中剥离出来 ,利用电解—电渗析法回收废液中的铜。实验结果表明 :固∶液 =1∶4时 ,即 10g废料与 2 0mL双氧水 ,2 0mL硫酸 (1∶3)进行反应 ,铜的剥离率可达 98.17% ;所得的硫酸铜废液进行电解—电渗析处理的最佳条件为 :电流值 2 .2A、电压值 7.5V、电解时间 2 0min ,得到铜的回收率为 88.0 7%。得到的铜通过马福炉焙烧 (5 0 0℃ ,1h)得氧化铜 ,用稀硫酸溶解并过滤除去渣滓 ,再结晶、抽滤、重结晶得硫酸铜 ,实现了金属资源的再生利用。
The recovery of copper from waste printed circuits plate with H_2O_2-H_2SO_4 solution was studied,by the process of electrolysis-electrodiatysis. The result indicated that it was unfavorable for recovering rate of copper when acidity was too high or low. For 10 g waste material, under the condition of 1∶4 solid-liquid ratio, 20 mL hydrogen peroxide and 20 mL sulfuric (1∶3), all of the copper was almost recovered. Desquamation rate of copper reached 98.17 %, respactiviely. under the best condition (2.2 A, 7.5 V, 20 min electrolyzing time) by electrolysis-electrodiatysis, the rate of recovery was 88.07 %. The copper was changed into CuO through burning in muffle (500 ℃,1 h), dissolved by vitriol and filtrated to get rid of dregs. by crystallization, filter and recrystallization, copper sulfate was gained.
