摘要
现阶段我国经济增速显著,但由于对经济增长起决定作用的两大主体———企业和政府的职能发挥不力,致使目前的经济增长方式难以满足社会可持续发展的要求。根据发展经济学观点,技术进步(或创新)是推进经济增长的关键因素,在当代表现为高新技术革命对一国经济内涵式增长的贡献程度。因此,如何转变企业和政府两大主体职能,是推进我国经济增长方式向集约化转变的根本途径。
At present, China economic growth speed is remarkable. However, because the function of the two main bodies-enterprises and government-with crucial effect on economic growth isn’t put into fullplay, the economic growth pattern of China cannot satisfy the social demand of sustainable development. According to Development Economics, technical progress (or innovation) is a key factor in promoting economic growth, and it is represented by the contribution degree of high-tech revolution to intensive economic growth in one country. Therefore, how to changing the function of the two main bodies into full play is the fundamental way to promote Chinese economic growth pattern from extensive type to intensive type.
