摘要
通过我公司106kA铝电解槽分段沿板与整体沿板对槽壳约束作用的对比分析,说明槽壳结构对槽寿命的影响具有重要作用,采用焦粉焙烧,内衬采用防渗料及圆阴极钢棒,可提高槽寿命。
Based on contrast analysis of divided plate and whole plate in 106kA aluminim electrolytic cell in our Co.,explained the cell shell constitute to important action for cell life.Applied coke sinter and inner lining used anti-leakage meterial and rourd cathod steel rod that could increasing cell life.
